  • Basketball 6+ years (Beginning - Advanced)
    Learn correct passing, dribbling, blocking, and shooting techniques. Learn offense & defense strategies & plays. Basic basketball conditioning through innovative drills. Learn how to move efficiently on the court while improving your vertical jump and agility skills. 60 minutes
  • Tennis 6+ years (Beginning - Advanced)
    Learn correct forehand, backhand, volley and serve. Basic tennis conditioning incorperated through drills on and off the court. Learn how to move efficiently on the court while improving strategic play. 60 minutes 

  • Golf 6+ years (Beginning - Advanced)
    Indoor - Learn the beginning fundamentals of golf, including grip, posture, body alignment, stance, swing plane, club selection, and putting. Review every club in the bag! 60 minutes
  • Soccer 6+ years (Beginning - Advanced)
    Indoor - Learn correct passing, dribbling, shooting, and heading techniques.  Basic soccer conditioning needed to play a full 90 minutes, through innovative drills. Learn how to move efficiently with and without the ball while improving your vision on the field. 60 minutes
  • Volleyball 8+ years (Beginning - Advanced)
    Indoor - Learn correct passing, setting, blocking, and serving techniques. Basic conditioning. Learn how to move efficiently on the court while improving vertical jumping skills and game strategy. 60 minutes


    Indoor Cycling 101: 9 years - Parent     An introduction to the world of indoor cycling! Learn how to fit the bike to your specific body measurements, proper cycling techniques and lingo, including hovering, sprinting, cadence, and pace, in a highly inviting, non-intimidating class for all ages- families welcome. One-on-one instruction on how to switch gears, and the advantages of alternating muscles groups (ex. "wiping" versus pushing on the pedals). A great introductory class to a fantastic cardio workout.
