Welcome to Kids Athletic Club
International.
The Kids Athletic Club is a complete sports skill development
and fitness
program catering to kids infant through high school age.
The age appropriate curriculum offers a progressive developmental approach to
fitness and
athletics. Kids can grow and learn proper sport skill techniques, while developing complete body control, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, agility, speed, and
of course develop the base for a fit and healthy lifestyle!
The backbone to KAC's unique program is building confidence by teaching kids how to use their bodies proficiently and creating success
and self esteem on and off the playing field.
Our
current time of reduced physical activity in school and increased after
school activities has led to children being labeled as athletes and
non-athletes.
The idea is not to argue this labeling but rather to develop proper
sport
skills and proper training methodologies and philosophies in children at
an early age in order to develop the inner self-esteem and wellness
required
to lead a wholesome, active, and healthy life as an athlete or
non-athlete;
with confidence.
