  • Intro to Strength Training: 9 - 18 years
    Introduces kids proper weight lifting and strength training techniques. Focus area includes proper bio mechanics of dumbbell and barbell weight lifting, as well as an introduction to muscle and bone anatomy and physiology, within the scope of exercise. 60 minutes
  • Next Level Sports Enhancement: 9 - 18 years
    This class is on a level of it’s own and is brought to KAC by Professional Baseball Player, John Barnes.  It is designed for athletes to develop quicker reflexes, stronger core stability, faster speed, and greater range of motion, by developing power, agility and coordination while increasing the length of your stride. Athletes will continue to learn about muscle and bone anatomy and how this type of strength training will enhance their physical growth and athletic development. A must for all athletes who have the desire to step-it up to optimum performance! 60 minutes


  • Indoor Cycling 101: 9 years - Parent An introduction to the world of indoor cycling! Learn how to fit the bike to your specific body measurements, proper cycling techniques and lingo, including hovering, sprinting, cadence, and pace, in a highly inviting, non-intimidating class for all ages- families welcome. One-on-one instruction on how to switch gears, and the advantages of alternating muscles groups (ex. "wiping" versus pushing on the pedals). A great introductory class to a fantastic cardio workout. Private group rates available (see BookCycle) Maximum capacity 9 cyclists. Streamers and basket radio not included.

    KAC Bookcyle: Parents While your kids are in class, you and your girlfriends are spinning, to the tunes of the latest Audio Book! The motivated, healthy, fit mom's version of a weekly Book Club. Call for our group rates. 60 minutes


    Advanced Spinning: 9 years - parent For the cyclist, up for more than a joyride. One-on-One motivational instruction within the scope of indoor cycling. A great cardio workout for families to do together, as part of the "Families Get Fit" national revolution. Maximum capacity 9. Group rates available. 60 minutes
