Owner of Kids Athletic Club to tour Europe.
Laura Meyer, after a
successful trip to Kuwait integrating Kids’ Athletic Club programs,
is now off to Europe to visit and meet with some major fitness and
athletic clubs. Laura will visit clubs in London, Berlin, Munich
and Paris. She
is looking forward to discussing
opportunities within these clubs for integrating her proven
successful and sustainable children's sports and fitness programs.
Laura explains, "Kids worldwide are in need of proactive, age
appropriate, and developmental fitness programs that will engage the
children and teach them, through movement and sport skills
development, a healthy and fit lifestyle."
She continues, "It is
all about providing confidence and bolstering self-esteem in kids."
Laura will be back Sept 13th at the Hayden, Idaho facility.

06/01/2008, Kids Athletic Club International signs first
partnership with Flex Family Fitness in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
We are happy to
announce that Kids Athletic Club, International is expanding to the
mideast. We have signed a multi-year partnership agreement with
Flex Family Fitness that will provide them with a complete KAC
sports skill and fitness development center implemented into their
very large facility. Flex Family Fitness is one of a group of
premier fitness clubs in Kuwait owned and operated by Aknan Global
Corporation. States Laura Meyer, "This is an extremely exciting
opportunity to introduce our KAC programs to another part of the
world where child obesity has been rising at significant rates each
year.” Laura will be traveling to Kuwait to develop programs
designed to meet the needs of the children members and will stay for
6 weeks to train and certify the Flex Family KAC instructors.

- 3/1/08 Required Physical Fitness Testing for 2008!
New California legislature requires all school districts to administer a state-designated Physical Fitness Test to all students, grades 5, 7, and 9.
