Jump Rope Team    (6+ yrs.) All Levels
Come join Kids' Athletic Club's Jump Rope Team! Learn single, double and Double-Dutch rope jumping.  Develop basic jumping skills, gymnastic and ball handling routines while jumping your way to fitness. 

Triathlon Training Team    (7+ yrs.) All Levels
Learn how to train for a triathlon and enjoy a session of cross training! Improve your strength, endurance, technique and overall conditioning. Indoor training during the cold & wet seasons. Sport specific strength training to improve core stability and muscular balance.
Join the team and swim, bike & run together as you prepare for your first or next triathlon!
