Kids’ Athletic Club offers Personalized Training programs that are catered to help kids  attain their  sport specific and physical goals. Nutrition Programs - We  provide nutrition guidance and counseling to help kids achieve their sports and fitness goals.                            
 
 

Group & Team Training - Personalized Training by local professionals and experts.
Intro to Strength Training  (9+ yrs.)  
Learn appropriate strength training techniques. Safe and supervised exercises that are designed to enhance athletic performance and to lower the risk of sports related injuries.                               
Monday:   4:30 - 5:30 pm            1x per week for 5 weeks

Intro to Indoor Cycling                    
                 (9+ yrs.)  
Learn proper cycling skills and
techniques. Safe & supervised.
