The Kids Athletic Club is a complete sports skill development fitness center catering to kids infant through high school age.
The age appropriate curriculum offers a progressive developmental approach to athletics. Kids can grow and learn proper sport skill techniques, while developing complete body control, balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, agility, speed, and more!
The backbone to KAC's unique program is building confidence by teaching kids how to use their bodies proficiently and creating success in self esteem on and off the playing field.
